The Puleng Blueprint provides its customers with a client-centric strategy to manage and secure the two most valuable assets an organisation has: its data and users while facilitating IT and business with a platform to build an efficient, collaborative and integrated cybersecurity program.
To further enhance our strategy Puleng provides customers with Data Center infrastructure platforms, which allows us to leverage our core strengths across our Compute, Storage, Virtualisation and Management teams.
At Puleng we pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries, each and every day. Innovative, ground-breaking, "Tomorrow's technologies today", are the firm foundations we strive to deliver in every engagement and opportunity presented to us.
The ability to bridge the value gap between our customers and ourselves is through higher levels of engagement, consultancy, design principals, and the understanding of a customer's business drivers and stated ICT strategies.
Puleng Technologies has a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and services, to address Infrastructure and Security requirements. Each discipline has a structured blueprint outlining our approach to challenges within both fields, aligned to best practices and industry leading technologies.
Puleng Technologies supports the national transformation agenda, which is critical for South Africa’s socio-economic progress. As a responsible business in the IT industry, Puleng acknowledges that to be a good corporate citizen we need to embrace fully the philosophy and principles of transformation by redressing past inequalities; integrating transformation into all aspects of our business; entrenching the principles of B-BBEE throughout our business; creating a diverse work force; ensuring that our empowerment activities add value and contribute sustainably to the Transformation agenda of our organisation and our society.
Puleng views employment equity as an integral element of the company’s overall transformation initiative. We are committed to creating a truly South African company; to redress residual inequalities with regard to race, gender and disability in accordance with our Employment Equity Plan, and to accelerate the development and retention of a diverse pool of skilled employees in order to achieve equitable representation in all occupational categories and levels of employment.
Our focus is on recruiting black talent and advancing our current black professionals through skills development and mentorship programmes. Over the years, we have supported learnerships, Intern Graduate programmes and enabled numerous talented, young black professionals to move through the ranks into middle and senior management positions. While we have made great strides in the right direction, transformation in our organisation remains a top priority and an ongoing journey.
